  1. Keep moving. Don’t look back. Don’t go back.

Your ex who dated you when you were 18 and he was a college jr(?) at age 21. Did you start when he was in college and you were in high school? What grade? And he couldn’t handle seeing blood when you lost your virginity? Yeah. These are all red flags. Keep away from him. Honestly I’d even say you should move on, potentially going low/no contact because it’s destructive to his current relationship.

  2. ? ? ?

Stay away from her! Why would you even consider rekindling a friendship with someone who seems to either finally have feelings for you — or is messed up and is focusing on you to deal with whatever’s really going on with her, and who’s disrespecting your relationship?

And have you told your girlfriend about this? If you haven’t, you need to seriously reflect on why not, and if she feels the least bit threatened by this (which I certainly would) you need to respect her feelings 100%.

That woman is bad news in so many ways and the fact that you can’t see it is deeply concerning.

  3. Has Tiffany made you work for her love like your daughter? You'll never have a relationship with anyone if you keep pandering to your oldest. I actually pity her new husband. She'll emotionally black mail anyone to get her way.

  4. Consult a divorce attorney. Inform her family she needs help and has expressed suicidal ideologies and even made threats.

  5. It sound like you both have resentment that you aren’t talking about. I would definitely suggest you two see a therapist that can help you both work out these issues in a healthy way, as well as help you both decide if this is something you want to continue with. 10 years is a long time and people change. Sometimes they do fall out of love. But a therapist can help you both decide where you are at.
