Everyone should live! alone for a while, IMHO. You will learn a lot about who you are during that time. How you want keep a place, what stuff you buy, how to cook/clean for yourself, etc. It's an act of growing up that will be painful for you to go through with while living with your GF.
No judgement for living alone, that is very common with how expensive housing has become, but eventually you do need to move out and you should probably not jump straight from Mom/Dad to a GF. Honestly, it will drive your GF crazy and could cost you the relationship.
Definitely don’t ask her personal questions, that’ll just feed into the crush. Keep it 100% about work, and also say you are married with a new baby. That’s all you have to do. Possibly search for a new job but that’s about it
