You're still young so it's ok. But for real – Reddit is a rough place to get advice from and you should really take it all with a grain of salt. Especially the relationship advice section. I hope you actually talked things out with her and saw what was best for both of you first.

It's about forming a new habit. So taking a class is something you can do, usually you can't smoke while doing it, it changes your routine so you're not feeling the “I always need to have a cigarette when I ABCD” urge. Could be any class. You just need to break your routine.
Polyamory is the least of his concerns I think, I don’t bring my partners around and stuff I think it’s more so my overall “weird”ness and not falling into his standards. I definitely wouldn’t say I communicate perfectly, I get really defensive sometimes. But the difference is in my willingness to be wrong and listen and actually see it through. Idk what therapy could solve, I guess I thought maybe someone else could help us be able to communicate with each other? I know we both feel disrespected and we both love each other but can’t feel it from each other. Idk what a therapist could do but I’m scared to give up and then he dies (his health isn’t good) and I have to live with the unresolved conflict forever.
