I don't think you're “insane” to feel jealous – its a newer relationship and she was invited to hang out 1on1 with someone she used to have a thing with that you think still has a thing for her. I think jealousy is perfectly natural here. Its what you choose to do with that anxious energy that matters – communicating with her that you aren't comfortable is a good start. If a fight happens, a fight happens, but at least you were honest about your feelings.
