The vast majority of miscarriages are likely caused by chromosomal abnormalities. Unpreventable, unpredictable, nothing to do with anything the mom does or doesn't do. Nothing to do with other pregnancies, either. They just barely got married; I think it's pretty unlikely they've had a string of unsuccessful pregnancies.

She's got a lot of valid reasons.
Pregnancy is nude, physically and emotionally. If she doesn't like kids, she definitely shouldn't have them. Growing up is naked enough when you're parents love you, imagine what it would be like for a kid to have a mother who is repulsed by them? And worrying about doing all the work alone or being a single parent is very valid; it happens to women every single day.
