Need WAY more info/context. A LOT of porn performers, for example, are 18, 19, early 20s, so I don't think that even an older man looking at sexual/erotic photos of someone that age is all that unusual or a red flag in itself.
Describe what you're talking about when you say “seductive posts”. You say he knows this woman's parents (she's an adult – albeit a much younger adult – not a “young girl”); does he have an existing relationship with her, where it would make (non-creepy) sense that he's following her on whatever social media or publication platform we're talking about, or is the only clear reason he'd be following her to creep on her?

I’m gonna keep this nugget for next time that I need a “get out of jail card”.
At my last job, a woman I worked with was hooking up with a short term contractor who did some IT work for us. She was very discreet and kept everything after hours.
