Does he have a history of cheating on you? If he does, dump him. If he doesn’t, you BOTH need to knock it off before this jealousy ruins your relationship.
My tastes haven’t actually shifted. He’s very slim and we are the same height ( 5 9”) and while I’m not a big woman I just feel ‘bigger’ than him I guess? It makes me feel so ashamed and shallow. I was always attracted to more masculine guys but had a seriously bad breakup 6 years ago that destroyed me and he was a 10/10 and from then on I’ve been immune to the charms of good looks. But I just don’t feel feminine when I’m bigger than him. He’s lost more weight recently, we went on a holiday for a few weeks and ate the same food- I gained 2 kg and he lost 5, he struggles very much with gaining weight.
Problem of letting ex's in your current relationship. He's playing with her emotions and it is affecting you.

This is cringe. Put some close on around a minor please.
Actually I’ve had a couple people contact me today and tell me that they will boycott the wedding today if I wanted them to
