There is also a technique called grey rocking, no matter what he says to you, ignore him. Instead of looking at him, look over his shoulder at the wall. If you can't avoid looking at him, keep your face blank. Of he says something to you, don't respond, act like he isn't there.
If you act like that every single time, never giving him a reaction, he will give up. No reaction from you, means no satisfaction for him. If he continues to be ignored, it's quite likely he will escalate his actions, and by doing that he's going to look like a fool.
