That's the unfortunate thing though is he never tried to communicate with me on anything bothering him. This diagnosis has only been very recent and its been very hot because I feel like I'm not myself and trapped behind a glass wall watching someone/something else control my life. It was only recently (april 6th) that I was able to be put on medication to help manage the side effects until my next scan on April 24th. I feel like if he would have tried to communicate with me that I was being extremely moody and it was hurting him I would have been able to try and pick up on it before it blew up, so to speak.
You're not being unreasonable. Your boyfriend is being an asshat. For the most part, couples shouldn't be keeping a detailed score of how much each person contributes. Not everything has to be 50/50, nor should it necessarily be. I really hope this idea of you “paying your share” isn't a trend in other areas of the relationship.
