1. I think everyone is focusing on the weight aspect to much I think he is unhappy with his wife’s unhealthy habits and lack of effort in changing those habits more than her weight. Whether it’s 5 lbs of 50 lbs it the effort in changing for the better that matters not the amount of weight lost.

   For example I am a very healthy weight. I have muscle and I’ve had a six pack since I was 12 but I have extremely bad eating habits. It doesn’t really effect my weight but I’ve been broken up with because of how unhealthy it was and my lack of effort in changing those habit even tho I said I would.
