Yeah. I'm not sure about narcissist or any diagnosis or whatever. But if you are feeling (and objectively being) disrespected and your trust is being compromised you should decide if she's worth being played around with and is worth living a life of suspicion, doubt, and esteem/,jealousy issues. I personally wouldn’t be mad at what happened before you even knew each other existed. It’s the lying that isn’t cool. It doesn’t matter if she was doing it with the right intentions bc she didn’t want to risk losing a good thing in having you know. That’s not her decision or his decision to make for you.
So I think you need to confront the situation and lay it all out. You also need to decide if you’re willing to look past this and if you think you honestly can. If you don’t think you can(which is completely reasonable) then end it. No one can tell you which way to go from here except for you. Communication and trust in a relationship are key. Your friend and this chick both lacked the respect to give you the honesty you deserve. No matter how much it may suck at times hearing it, the truth is always better than a lie. Being open and honest should be absolute bare minimum we give to those we care about, and it’s more than fair to expect that in return. Last but not least, be honest when your thinking things through, because you also owe that to yourself.
