Then you mention things she glosses over. To the specific example, sure, it's odd that she wouldn't react directly to what you said and just say she's tired. To be honest, that to me is what might make me the most concerned. In a silo, I might not think much of it if it happened as an isolated incident. It's when it's taken in the full context where it might be a problem.

Have you guys had a proper sit down and talk about your situation? It sounds like you’re both working overtime right now, and on top of that have a stressful situation on top of that with small children, pets, and medical problems. Counseling might help, or even hired help to give you both a break every now and then, if you can afford it. Obviously you would know your situation better than someone who only knows your marriage from a single Reddit post, but it may be better to wait til you’re not in such a stressful situation before making the decision to go straight for divorce.
