my mom went through this recently! she's a nurse and she suffered from some type if psychosis and ended up in a pysch ward. she got so bad she called the police on her send & looked the cops in their eyes and said “she was dead” and her soul was floating. She said that her car was wired and the devil was out to get her. She thought her cell phone was taped so she bought a burner phone. She even got into tarot card readings and that made it worse. Every single thing you mentioned here my mother went through. She had a literal mental break and was completely normal before it happened. She did get better after the mental ward which I think brought her out of this mental break. From what i'm told if a traumatic event happens or a life changing event takes place it can lead to this type of response (psychosis)
She's not that woman anymore. When people change and show you who they are, believe them. Don't stay in an toxic relationship expecting her to change.
There is no end to the mental loopholes religious people will go thru to justify their personal beliefs.

Should I be worried that you would want to physically kill someone after they inconvenienced you? Should I be worried about people that enjoy slasher films for the gore and violence in them? How accountable should you be held to all of your fantasies? Should you be judged by your fantasies? Should having fantasies land you in jail?
Fantasies of any type happen whether you want them or not. You don't get to decide to not have them. I remember the fantasies I used to have a teenager and I either hardly ever think of them now or I am put off by them. Furthermore, just assuming that anyone having any of these fantasies will eventually try to fulfill them in real life, can't change, or eventually get past not needing them is just incredibly fatalistic.
I find fantasies especially like OP's bf has are more indicative of the type of person they either used to be and possibly the type of person they are now. It's worth it to explore why someone might have a rape or misogynistic fantasy and what that says about them and how they need to change their life to improve themselves or to solve problematic fantasies like that. Oh yeah, I can see why you thought he would be open to hearing about that then considering he is an over-sharer (and I personally love oversharers, and I am one so I'm not bashing them but I know other people can dislike it) but yeah I think it was more the timing of it seemed inappropriate.
