Really, I’d give it a very hot no except that your friend knows about it. Does everyone but your bf know you kissed this guy or just the guy & his current gf? If they’re the only ones aware, I’d say he doesn’t need to know. If everyone knows except your bf, you should probably tell him, not because someone else might tell him, but because if he did ever find out, he’d feel like a fool for being the only person in the room without this information.
