Bottom line is if she was gonna cheat she's gonna cheat Asking a friend you've known for maybe a few months for advice over dinner is a bit odd to me, even more odd if he's still in his relationship (is his gf okay with him going to dinner to discuss his relationship with her to another woman rather than talk to her directly?).
You can tell her it makes you uncomfortable, there's nothing wrong with that. And while the situation is odd to me personally maybe it will just be a friendly dinner where she offers him perspective on his situation with it being easier in person.
You are so right! I am trying so hot to get the mindset that you have, it’s so healthy. I have had just one long term relationship before, but i never ever was worried about the little things, but it’s cause i just genuinely didn’t love him. Now when i have found someone who i love, i just tend to make sure he isn’t doing something disrespectful behind my back, so i could see that he actually wants me and no one else. It’s so wrong and i know it. Self sabotage is really what I’m doing and i want to stop. Gosh, you are so right.
Sorry I thought it was a sarcastic question. I completely understand your angle.
