You don’t have to be with her anymore. I would make sure she’s pregnant a and B get DNA tested when the baby’s born. Other than that just coparent with her that’s all you have to do really. You don’t have to be with her romantically. When the baby’s born, if it’s yours, I would go to court though and get visitation and child support set up. You’ll be grateful that you do. Wow. Get a letter from your doctor. But. It says a lot that she thinks you are capable of lying about such a big issue. She didn’t dupe you. She matured and changed. She wants a child. That’s fair.
