One of the biggest reasons we aren’t having sex often is because I currently have a medical condition that makes it painful for me. I have to get surgery to resolve the issue. Everybody needs to be a little bit more flexible here. You don't get everything you want all the time. You need to make it plain that you're never going back to your ex. Your boyfriend needs to chill about you having a boyfriend and his things are there, and your ex needs to chill about the whole thing. This is all useless drama.
