You're going to need to be cards on the table about it: clearly you are still angry at her for that night, and she is still angry about you and your co-worker. If you can afford it, some kind of mediation while explaining exactly why you are both annoyed is ideal, but I get in most places that is expensive and not everyone has that money. Mostly you need to both say everything you want to get out, tell the other one how you were hurt, and have in place reasonable, measurable, things you can ask the other person to do and do yourself. Maybe it's around drinking, maybe around date nights to feel wanted, maybe around having a twice a month to discuss how you are both really doing, not just the “fine” you feel obligated to say.
