Very hot to say, but if you guys have been on and off already, and she suddenly ghosted for a few weeks, then there is a strong likelyhood she is seeing someone else or at the bare minimum wanting to return to the single life.
Obviously you would have to obtain proof, but many times self sabotage is some peoples way of trying to end a relationship or get you to do it for them.
