Ty and yea i have been trying to get switched to day shift so i can be there more to share the load and help out but im the least experienced operator at my job so i doubt i will get the switch anytime soon. Let him know what you’ve been doing. I wouldn’t exactly call it cheating, but you’ve asked him to be exclusive when you aren’t holding yourself to the same standard.
He’s allowed to take as long as he wants to decide the future of his involvement in the relationship, and you’re allowed to leave at any time. How long he takes to decide doesn’t excuse your actions at all.
Be open and honest, tell him what you’ve been doing and that, in your opinion, he’s been taking too long to decide. Only then can you two have an honest discussion about your future and where you both want to go from here.
If tomorrow he decides he wants to get back in a relationship with you, and you never tell him what you’ve been up to, the guilt will eat you alive. Get it out in the open so you both can evaluate things with all the facts on the table.

Not gonna lie, she’s right. At 21 I was living at home still but I knew what things costs. I had my own car insurance and car, did my own laundry, cooked my own food most of the time, paid my own phone bill, etc. I got married a year later. My husband had to learn quick but he was fully into that and wanted to. Your family might be loving and supportive and that’s great but they aren’t really doing you a service here by doing everything for you. Do you have a good paying job or you just think that because you don’t have bills except your car? She is absolutely right too about you living on your own before you two live together. She probably wants to make sure you can take care of yourself first so she doesn’t become your mom. There is nothing wrong with living at home at your age, shit is expensive, but you also need to grow up too. Start paying for yourself.
