We already did determine that we were exclusive with each other though. And it gotten pretty far to me when we were already meeting each others mom’s. Us never having sex doesn’t make the relationship not deep.. sure sex would have deepened in even more but it was still significant to a certain degree. I don’t know of any states that require dual consent if it is in regard to breaking the law. I don’t know every state’s laws but the ones I know do not require dual consent if it is a discussion about doing something illegal

Maybe couples counseling could help. He doesn't seem to understand that he can't act this way and still be in a relationship. A mutual counseling situation could point out that you have other options, would want to improve your status quo but are not obligated in any way to remain in it.
I did. He denies it. He denies everything and all the counselors believe him and think I’m crazy and paranoid because he acts so different when other people are around. The pastor said “those accusations have to end now!” and that there has never been and would never be anything going on with this woman. Plus whenever I ask him directly, he adds it to the stockpile of things he holds over my head. He’s always talking about all the “baseless accusations” I’ve made, how wrong I always am, how unfair it is that he has to live! with my suspicions all the time. When everyone else seems to believe him, it makes it really very hot not to wonder if maybe I’m wrong, I’m the problem.
