well i think you should do whatever the fuck you want, don’t let anyone hold you back from what you want to do. if you want to smoke weed then do it! to me- this sounds controlling i know it’s the unpopular decision but if you’re willing to compromise for him he should compromise for you too… he shouldn’t BAN you from doing something like he’s your parent… like he can say: “don’t do it around me.” “don’t do it in the house.” “okay but if you start getting too obsessed with it then i’m leaving you.” but he wants to just ban you from doing something completely? isn’t that considered an ultimatum, to basically say “pick me or that you can’t have both.” it’s not about the weed man!!! it’s about him not allowing you to experiment… It’s about him banning you from trying new things!!!! i’m assuming he doesn’t know anything about weed,, and alcohol is fucking legal!!!! it’s not like you’re gonna get completely addicted from drinking once every blue moon or smoking a joint out on a hike…..? You obviously have never been to a Michelle Star restaurant. It isn't like a normal restaurant or even a “high end restaurant”. It's a completely different experience with a set menu…. You don't get to choose what you want, you are supposed to trust the chef and have the experience the chef chooses for you. There aren't substitutions or tweaks to the menu, you are supposed to follow the story of the menu given to you.
