I think a direct “fuck you” to your father is definitely worthy of him stepping back until you apologize. That kind of direct disrespect and contempt is poisonous.
As for the rest of it, the dog is dangerous and probably should be euthanized. I say this as a dedicated dog lover. But that is really the only viable option for a dog with a history of multiple unprovoked attacks. If they won't do that, stay the hell away.
