5. This is what I would do, go all in and expose ALL of it. Scorched earth level. If she did this once, she will probably do it again. OP she could do this again in a future relationship of yours at any time, just imagine the impact if you were married with kids if she did this. Don't trust her.

   Once you expose the truth I would have a 3rd party reach out to the ex to expose the truth. The relationship is almost certainly over, but it doesn't have to remain on a bad note.
