Not all women feel like that at all. And plenty of us could be caught doing the same. The downvotes are just pearl clutching…and not the fun kind;)
He makes decent money to where we could possibly on-line off of that, but it would be stressful at times, such as holidays or vacations. And considering the situation we’re in now with the pipes, that definitely doesn’t help as well. We also live in an old Victorian house, so I wouldn’t doubt there’d be more issues that will arise in the future, unfortunately.
And I’m aware of that. I think it’s more so the unfairness of the situation that’s starting to bother me. We both chose to have children together, but yet I’m the only one carrying most of the load. And we’ve been engaged since our first son was born, almost 11 years. He wanted to wait until we were more financially stable.. ironically enough he told me we should get married next year on our anniversary, even though we’ve been fighting more and more as of lately.
He’s honestly a good guy, and I really do care for him. I’m sure his work and the kids do take a tole and cause pressure on him, no doubt, cause it’s the same for me. I just feel like I’m the only one sacrificing here and it’s starting to effect my mental health.
As a reminder, cheating is not the only reason to end a relationship.
It sounds very toxic, as if you have zero trust and equally no faith in him to get better. Everything he is doing is on the same tier and you would be way better off starting your exit sooner rather than later. I don't see anything long term left with this guy.
