this man is not worth any time or effort, positive or negative. all you’re doing is holding yourself back while he’s probably talking to or hooking up with other women.
There's no quick fix for that. Practice some deep breathing exercises and try to remain calm. Also, try thinking of the future where you will never have to online with this uncertainty again. Find yourself a good therapist and get to healing. You can do this, it's all just very new right now.
