Yeah, that's not something anyone should let happen without taking legal action about. I'd never just trust that people not believing her is enough…eventually someone will hear it and believe.
She has shown to not have any limits and is willing to drag and escalate things. That's not something you can just let someone grab and run with it without risking a lot.
Her actions can get destructive really fast. Lawyering up is a hassle, but it's less of a hassle than dealing with the aftermath of a smear campaign against you.
It's just not something you will be assured that it won't hurt you. Not worth the risk.
This sounds less about her being pregnant and more about her maybe trying to get you back by making you think she might be pregnant. So…here's what you do. Tell her you wish her well and that if she is pregnant, she should let you know when she finds out and you'll do whatever she needs to support her, whatever she chooses to do with the pregnancy. Otherwise, there's no reason to keep talking to her about this possible “pregnancy.” If she's pregnant, she'll find out soon enough but all her excuses for not taking a test are extremely suspect.
